How we use your information, in plain words.
What we collect
What you enter in the booking form and what we save: name, mobile number, type of problem, preferred date and time, and your language (Bangla or English). If you arrive from an ad, we also save which ad campaign sent you.
If you arrive from an ad, we remember which campaign (utm) sent you. When advertising or analytics is switched on, Meta and Google receive ordinary browsing data from your browser. Your name, phone number and problem are never sent to them.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange your serial, call you to confirm it, and understand how the site and our ads are performing.
Who can see it
Only authorised clinic staff who handle serials. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Form details are saved in a Google Sheet that belongs to the clinic, on Google's servers.
Third parties
Google: Google Sheets for the serial list, Google Maps for the map, and Google Analytics when enabled.
Meta: the Meta Pixel when advertising is enabled.
WhatsApp: after you submit the form, WhatsApp opens with a message pre-filled from your answers. If you send it, WhatsApp's own policy applies.
How long we keep it
12 months. After that the details are deleted automatically.
Access, correction and deletion
To see, correct or delete your information, message the clinic on WhatsApp at 01314-665193. Give your name and the number you used for the serial. We will act within 7 days.
